    摘要:

    通過固液復(fù)合法實(shí)現(xiàn)了電弧噴涂鋁涂層與AZ91D鎂合金基體之間的結(jié)合,并對(duì)結(jié)合界面的組織、元素和相組成進(jìn)行了分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:對(duì)涂層進(jìn)行表面處理,結(jié)合界面容易出現(xiàn)氣孔等缺陷。未經(jīng)處理的涂層和基體之間形成冶金結(jié)合界面,并生成相應(yīng)的金屬間化合物。隨著澆注溫度的升高,擴(kuò)散區(qū)域逐漸變寬,涂層逐漸轉(zhuǎn)化為Al12Mg17和Al3Mg2。對(duì)復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行熱處理,結(jié)合界面組織更加均勻,擴(kuò)散區(qū)域的厚度明顯增加。

    Abstract:

    The joining of arc-sprayed aluminum coatings to AZ91D substrates was achieved by solid-liquid bonding method, and the microstructures, elements and phases of the interface were analyzed. The results show that hole-defect is usually occurred in the interface after the coatings were cleaned by surface treatment. Metallurgical bonding is formed between the untreated aluminum coating and AZ91D substrate, and intermetallic compound layers are found in the interface. As the pouring temperatures rise, the diffusion regions become larger, and the coatings are gradually transformed into Al12Mg17 and Al3Mg2. The heat treatment on the composite can lead to a uniform structure and a larger diffusion region.
