    摘要:

    在不使用外力攪拌和不添加任何表面活性劑的條件下,采用微波-超聲波協(xié)同蒸發(fā)結(jié)晶制備微細(xì)仲鎢酸銨。考察了結(jié)晶溫度,鎢酸銨濃度,微波與超聲波的協(xié)同功率、協(xié)同時(shí)間對仲鎢酸銨粒度及形貌影響。在較佳條件下,微波-超聲波協(xié)同可制得平均粒度為7.6 μm、粒徑分布均勻、晶型完整的微細(xì)單晶五水仲鎢酸銨。

    Abstract:

    Fine ammonium paratungstate was prepared by microwave-ultrasonic cooperative evaporation crystallization without external force or any surfactant. The effects of temperature, ammonium tungstate concentration, power of microwave and ultrasonic, as well as cooperative time on the particle size and morphology of ammonium paratungstate were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the fine single-crystal ammonium paratungstate with an average particle size of 7.6 μm, uniform size distribution, perfect crystal, and five crystal water could be prepared.
