    摘要:

    研究Ni-Ti形狀記憶合金在高速沖擊條件下的侵徹過程,通過光學(xué)顯微鏡的觀察,對Ni-Ti形狀記憶合金在彈丸侵徹后的微觀組織進行研究,分析Ni-Ti合金靶板的損傷和斷裂。結(jié)果表明:奧氏體相為基的Ni-Ti靶板,侵徹過程中,發(fā)生應(yīng)力誘發(fā)馬氏體相變;靶板內(nèi)形成剪切帶、微裂紋等形式的損傷,導(dǎo)致材料發(fā)生變形和破壞;裂紋按著微孔洞聚集型機制擴展。

    Abstract:

    Damage and fracture of Ni-Ti plate during high velocity impact have been investigated in this paper.The deformation microstructures have been studied by optical microscope.The results indicate that stress induced martensitic phase transformation (SIM) in Ni-Ti plate matrix for Austenite phase in the process of penetration.Defomation and fracture of Ni-Ti plate due to shearing band and micro-crack nucleated in interface with fracture mechanisms of microvoid nucleation, growth and coalescence.
