    摘要:

    采用掃描電鏡、差熱分析儀和X射線衍射儀分析粒度對氣霧化過共晶Al-Si合金粉末形貌、組織和結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,并計(jì)算粉末的過冷度和冷卻速度。結(jié)果表明:粉末形貌規(guī)則性隨粒度減小而得到改善,但Si相分布均勻性降低;同時(shí),初晶Si相尺寸逐漸減小,形貌由不規(guī)則狀轉(zhuǎn)為塊狀;共晶Si相由不均勻針狀轉(zhuǎn)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀。隨粒度減小,Al基體衍射峰發(fā)生寬化和偏移,同時(shí)熱效應(yīng)前移。過冷度和冷卻速度隨粒度減小而增大,這是導(dǎo)致粉末間組織和結(jié)構(gòu)差異的根本原因。

    Abstract:

    The morphology and microstructure of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy powder were analysized as a function of particle size using scanning electron microscope, differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction. The cooling rate and undercooling of powder was calculated. The results show that the homogeneousity of distribution of Si phases decreases with the decrease of particle size. Size of primary Si phase decreases with the decrease of particle size and the morphology of primary Si phase becomes regular. The morphology of eutectic Si changes into a network structure. X-ray diffraction line becomes boarded and shifts with the decrease of particle size. The DSC curve features of powders with different sizes deviate at the same time. The calculated results indicate that cooling rate and undercooling increases with the decrease of particle size, which leads to the deviation of microstructure.
