    利用放電等離子燒結(jié)技術(shù)(SPS)制備了Ti-35Nb-7Zr-5Ta合金,研究了燒結(jié)溫度對合金致密度、顯微組織及力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:在950~1150 ℃燒結(jié)溫度范圍內(nèi)合金主要由β-Ti相和Ti-Nb-Ta-Zr固溶體組成的混合基體及少量未熔化的Nb、Ta金屬顆粒組成,并且合金具有較高的致密度和抗壓強(qiáng)度;隨著燒結(jié)溫度的升高,合金中混合基體組織尺寸越來越大且不斷融合聯(lián)結(jié),Nb、Ta金屬顆粒數(shù)量越來越少且尺寸越來越小,同時合金致密度和抗壓強(qiáng)度呈增大趨勢;所制備的合金壓縮彈性模量值在50~57 GPa之間,具有良好的力學(xué)相容性,燒結(jié)溫度變化對其影響較小。

    Abstract:

    Ti-35Nb-7Zr-5Ta alloys were fabricated by spark plasma sintering (SPS) technology. The effects of different sintering temperatures on the relative density, microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloys were studied. The results show that the alloys are mainly composed of the mixed matrix which contains β-Ti phase, Ti-Nb-Ta-Zr solid solution phase, as well as some unmelted Nb and Ta metal particles in the sintering temperature range from 950 to 1150 oC. In addition, the alloys have a higher relative density and a higher compressive strength. With the increasing of the sintering temperatures, the mixed matrix bonds further with each other and its size increases. Meanwhile, the size and the amount of the unmelted Nb and Ta metal particles decrease. And the relative density and the compressive strength of the alloys are increased. The prepared alloys exhibit a low compressive elastic modulus in the range of 50~57 GPa, and they reveal an excellent mechanical compatibility. The results also show that the effect of sintering temperatures on compressive elastic modulus is very little.
