    基于三維相場模型,研究了彈性能對g ′相顆粒形貌、取向和多顆粒合并行為的影響,以及沉淀相體積分數(shù)對g ′相顆粒數(shù)目、平均尺寸和尺寸分布的影響。結果表明:彈性能作用下g ′顆粒形貌為立方體形或者長方體形,且沿<100>彈性軟方向分布。彈性能對同相多顆粒合并行為的影響主要取決于與顆粒分布、尺寸及疇界間距等有關的彈性交互作用。隨著沉淀相體積分數(shù)的增加,顆粒數(shù)目先增加至最大值后減少,顆粒平均尺寸逐漸增加。

    Abstract:

    The effect of the elastic energy on the morphology and orientation of g ′ particles and the coalescence behavior of multi-particle were studied based on the three-dimensional phase-field method, and the influence of precipitate volume fraction on the number, average size and size distribution of g ′ particles were also studied. The results show that the g ′ particle is cubic under elastic energy, aligned along the <100> elastic soft directions. The effect of the elastic energy on the coalescence behavior of multi-particle mainly depends on the elastic interaction which is related to the particles' distribution, size and the distance of domain boundary. With the increase of precipitate volume fraction, the number of g ′ particles first increases to the maximum and then reduces; meanwhile the average size increases gradually.
