    摘要:

    采用水熱法,通過控制焙燒溫度和PEG-1000用量制備了一系列不同發(fā)光強(qiáng)度的ZnWO4熒光粉體,運(yùn)用X射線粉末衍射儀、紅外光譜、掃描電子顯微鏡和熒光分光光度計(jì)等對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行了分析和表征。結(jié)果表明:得到的ZnWO4藍(lán)色熒光粉均為黑鎢礦純相;水熱產(chǎn)物為類球形小顆粒,經(jīng)700 ℃焙燒后得邊緣清晰的短棒狀結(jié)構(gòu);添加0.5 g PEG-1000且700 ℃焙燒后所得樣品顆粒仍為短棒狀結(jié)構(gòu),但其顆粒尺寸明顯減小。ZnWO4的發(fā)射光譜由一寬發(fā)射帶組成,峰值位于465 nm處;水熱法制備的ZnWO4粉末經(jīng)過焙燒可以提高熒光粉的結(jié)晶度和發(fā)光性能,最佳焙燒溫度為700 ℃;表面活性劑PEG-1000的添加也使得熒光粉的發(fā)光強(qiáng)度明顯提高,最佳用量為0.8 g。

    Abstract:

    Under various calcination temperatures and with different dosage of PEG-1000, a series of ZnWO4 phosphors were synthesized by hydrothermal process. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Scanning electron microscope and Fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results show that as-synthesized blue-emitting phosphors ZnWO4 are pure wolframite structure. The particles of hydrothermal product are spheres in shape, and after calcination at 700 ℃, the morphology is changed from spheres to short rods. Under the condition of adding 0.5 g PEG-1000 and calcination at 700 ℃, the obtained particles are still short rods in shape, but the size is reduced significantly. The emission spectrum of ZnWO4 is composed of a broad band with the main peak at 465 nm. The crystallinity and luminescent property of the ZnWO4 powder synthesized by hydrothermal process can be improved by calcination, and the optimal calcination temperature is 700 ℃. Adding surfactant PEG-1000 can also increase the luminescent intensity of the phosphors, and the optimal dosage is 0.8 g.
