    摘要:

    本文研究了Inconel625合金在650℃熔融(Li,K)2CO3 和(Li,K)2CO3 + Y2O3中的腐蝕行為，采用掃描電鏡和XRD衍射儀分析了腐蝕產(chǎn)物的形貌和相組成。研究結(jié)果表明，與Inconel625合金在650℃熔融(Li,K)2CO3中的腐蝕速率相比，其在650℃熔融(Li,K)2CO3 + Y2O3中的腐蝕速率較小。這是由于Inconel625合金在650℃熔融 (Li,K)2CO3 + Y2O3中形成了具有保護(hù)性的氧化膜，其組成是NiCr2O4、Y2O3、NiO、Cr2O3。

    Abstract:

    The corrosion behavior of Inconel 625 alloy haved been investigated in molten (Li,K)2CO3 and (Li,K)2CO3 Y2O3 at 650℃ by using SEM and XRD.It was shown that the corrosion rate of Inconel 625 alloy in molten (Li,K)2CO3 is faster than that of Inconel 625 alloy in the (Li,K)2CO3 Y2O3 at 650℃.The excellent corrosion resistance of the Inconel 625 alloy in (Li,K)2CO3 Y2O3 at 650℃ was related to the formation of a protective oxide film with NiCr2O4、Y2O3、NiO、Cr2O3.
