    在充有高純氮?dú)獾氖⒐苤袑哂蠳aZn13型相結(jié)構(gòu)的LaFe11.58Si1.42化合物進(jìn)行了氮化處理,并對氮化樣品的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和磁熱效應(yīng)做了系統(tǒng)研究。結(jié)果表明,對LaFe11.58Si1.42樣品進(jìn)行氮化處理時(shí),壓強(qiáng)是一個(gè)非常重要的參數(shù)。在氮化壓強(qiáng)較低的條件下,可以通過提高氮化溫度使樣品氮化效果明顯。間隙原子氮的進(jìn)入導(dǎo)致樣品晶胞體積膨脹,居里溫度升高。樣品的Arrott曲線表明,磁轉(zhuǎn)變由一級相變逐漸變?yōu)槎壪嘧?。吸氮使樣品的磁熵變減小

    Abstract:

    Nitrogen insertion into the LaFe11.58Si1.42 compound with NaZn13-type crystal structure was carried out in a vacuum quartz tube under a high-purity N2 atmosphere. The crystal structure and the magnetocaloric effect of the nitrides were investigated. It is found that nitrogenation pressure is a very important parameter to obtain LaFe11.58Si1.42 nitrides. In the experimental conditions of lower nitrogen pressure, increasing nitrogenation temperature could cause an obvious nitriding effect. The insertion of interstitial nitrogen atoms leads to lattice expansion and the increase of TC. The Arrott plots of samples show that the magnetic phase transition of the samples changes from the first order to the second order. The nitrogen insertion reduces the magnetic entropy change of LaFe11.58Si1.42 compound
