    摘要:

    采用超音速火焰(HVOF)噴涂方法在鋁合金、紫銅和不銹鋼基體上制備WC-12Co扁平粒子,利用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對(duì)半熔化兩相粒子的扁平行為及與基體結(jié)合狀況進(jìn)行觀察分析,并將半熔化WC-Co粒子與基體碰撞模型簡(jiǎn)化為液相的Co粒子和固相的WC顆粒分別與基體相互作用的過(guò)程,通過(guò)改進(jìn)后的數(shù)學(xué)模型計(jì)算基體與粒子的相對(duì)形變比λ。結(jié)果表明:HVOF噴涂WC-12Co扁平粒子在鋁、銅和不銹鋼基體上分別呈現(xiàn)半球狀、薄餅狀和濺射狀形貌,不同形貌的扁平粒子形變比λ不同。與半球狀(λ>1)和濺射狀(λ<1)扁平形式相比,形成薄餅狀(λ≈1)的扁平粒子時(shí)粒子與基體均發(fā)生適度的變形,有助于增加粒子與基體的有效結(jié)合面積,提高結(jié)合強(qiáng)度

    Abstract:

    In this paper, WC-12Co particles were deposited on aluminum, copper and stainless steel substrates by High Velocity Oxy-fuel (HVOF) process. Both the surface and the cross-sectional morphology of the two-phase semi-molten particles were observed and analyzed by Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The collision model of the two-phase particles with matrix was simplified as the process interacting with substrate of liquid phase Co and solid phase WC, and an improved mathematical model was established to calculate the relative deformation ratio λ of the substrate to the splat. It was found that WC-Co particles deposited on aluminum, copper and stainless steel substrates exhibited hemispherical-like, pie-like and sputtering-like morphologies, respectively, and different shaped WC-Co particles had different λ values. Compared with forming hemispherical-like (λ>1) and sputtering-like particles (λ<1), moderate deformation occurred in both particles and substrates when pie-like (λ=1) particles were formed, which was beneficial for increasing the effective contact area between particle and substrate, thus improving the bond strength.
