    摘要:

    在復(fù)雜零件的3D打印過(guò)程中,轉(zhuǎn)角附近容易形成加工缺陷,如宏觀裂紋、毛刺、毛邊、塌陷等。為減小轉(zhuǎn)角處的缺陷,通過(guò)對(duì)有轉(zhuǎn)角零件的3D打印過(guò)程進(jìn)行模擬分析,得到不同零件的溫度場(chǎng)和熱應(yīng)力場(chǎng)的分布規(guī)律,以及機(jī)床加速度、角度大小、轉(zhuǎn)角處溫度、溫度梯度和轉(zhuǎn)角處應(yīng)力變化的關(guān)系。模擬結(jié)果表明轉(zhuǎn)角處的熱應(yīng)力不僅和溫度梯度有關(guān),而且和轉(zhuǎn)角兩邊所成的角度密切相關(guān)。試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了模擬過(guò)程溫度的正確性及成形角度對(duì)成形質(zhì)量的影響。

    Abstract:

    During the complex parts of 3D printing processing, many processing defects, such as cracks, burr, and collapse, are beginning to form in the scanning around the corner. To reduce the scanning defects of different angle corners, the thermo–mechanical coupling field of different parts are simulated and the thermal and stress cloud pictures are analyzed. The relationshape about the machine tool's acceleration, the size of angle, the temperature of angle, temperature gradient and thermal stress are gained. The simulation results show that the thermal stress of corners not only rely on the machine tool's acceleration, but also contact closely with the angle of corners with both sides. The temperature results of simulation and the forming quality of the different angle of corners are verified by the experiment.
