    摘要:

    概括介紹了改善鎢及其合金材料性能的方法及其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于軋制工藝、旋轉(zhuǎn)鍛造工藝、擠壓工藝和大塑性變形法在鎢及其合金領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)就各工藝對(duì)鎢及其合金材料微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、力學(xué)性能、再結(jié)晶溫度和韌脆轉(zhuǎn)變溫度等方面所產(chǎn)生的影響作了介紹。最后結(jié)合粉末材料固結(jié)機(jī)理的分析,對(duì)采用大塑性變形法直接實(shí)現(xiàn)以鎢粉為原料制備塊體材料的最新研究進(jìn)行了初步探討。

    Abstract:

    This paper briefly introduce the methods of improving the material properties of tungsten and its alloy. Including the application status of major plastic processing methods (rolling, swaging, extrusion and severe plastic deformation methods), and the effect of these technologies on the properties (microstructure, mechanical property, recrystallization temperature and DBTT) have been summarized. Based on the analysis about powder mechanism of consolidation, a direct solidifying of tungsten powder via severe plastic deformation methods is researched.
