    摘要:

    以鎢鈷氧化物、炭黑和VC為原料,采用原位還原碳化法制備WC-Co復(fù)合粉末,將復(fù)合粉末進行放電等離子燒結(jié)致密化制備WC-Co硬質(zhì)合金塊體材料。研究了不同VC添加量的復(fù)合粉末和塊體材料的相組成、顯微組織和性能,結(jié)果表明:VC的添加量對復(fù)合粉末的相組成、合金的晶粒尺寸和性能具有重要的影響,原料中添加2.0%VC時可獲得平均晶粒尺寸為101nm,相組成僅為WC和Co且具有高硬度和良好韌性的硬質(zhì)合金塊體材料。

    Abstract:

    VC was added to the raw oxide materials which were synthesized to the nanocrystalline WC-Co composite powder by the in-situ reduction and carbonization process. The nanocrystalline WC-Co alloys were fabricated by the spark plasma sintering technique using the prepared WC-Co composite powder. The phase constitution microstructure characteristics and mechanical properties of the sintered cemented carbides were analyzed. The study proposed that VC plays a significant role in decrease the grain size of the prepared WC-Co alloy. The nanocrystalline WC-Co alloy with high hardness and good fracture toughness properties can be obtained as the amount of VC addition is appropriate.
