    摘要:

    采用單輥快淬法制備Fe40Co40Zr(10-x)MoxB9Cu1(x=0,2,4)系非晶合金,并對(duì)三種合金進(jìn)行不同溫度熱處理。利用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、透射電鏡(TEM) 、差熱分析儀(DTA)和振動(dòng)樣品磁強(qiáng)計(jì)(VSM)對(duì)合金的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、熱性能和磁性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試分析。結(jié)果表明:Fe40Co40Zr(10-x)MoxB9Cu1(x=0,2,4)三種合金第一個(gè)晶化峰的激活能隨Mo含量的增加而減小,Mo的添加不利于合金的熱穩(wěn)定性。Mo含量的增加抑制了ZrCo3B2等化合物的析出,細(xì)化了合金的晶粒尺寸。Fe40Co40Zr(10-x)MoxB9Cu1(x=0,2,4)三種非晶合金的矯頑力Hc均隨退火溫度的升高而逐漸增大。Mo的添加明顯降低了合金的矯頑力。

    Abstract:

    Fe40Co40Zr(10-x)MoxB9Cu1(x=0,2,4) amorphous alloys were prepared by the single roller melt-spinning and isothermally annealed at different temperatures. Microstructures, thermal properties and magnetic properties of the samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), differential thermal analysis (DTA) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that the apparent activation energies of Fe40Co40Zr(10-x)MoxB9Cu1(x=0,2,4) alloys decreases with the increase of the Mo content. Mo addition reduces the thermal property of the alloys. The increase of Mo content inhibits the precipitation of ZrCo3B2 compounds and refines the grain size of the alloys. Coercivity (Hc) of Fe40Co40MoxZr(10-x)B9Cu1(x=0,2,4) alloys increases with the increasing of annealing temperature gradually. Mo addition reduces the Hc obviously.
