    摘要:

    通過(guò)熔融玻璃凈化與循環(huán)過(guò)熱相結(jié)合的方法研究了過(guò)冷Ni-1at%Fe合金的微觀組織演化及再結(jié)晶。通過(guò)再輝后快淬和空冷實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)比,證明大過(guò)冷下的細(xì)化組織是再結(jié)晶的產(chǎn)物。結(jié)合無(wú)量綱過(guò)熱度的計(jì)算,系統(tǒng)考察了合金凝固組織隨過(guò)冷度的演化規(guī)律。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)合金的凝固組織在所獲得的過(guò)冷度范圍內(nèi)發(fā)生了兩次晶粒細(xì)化,第一次細(xì)化歸因于枝晶的熟化和重熔導(dǎo)致的高度發(fā)達(dá)樹枝晶碎斷,第二次細(xì)化歸因于應(yīng)力積累導(dǎo)致的再結(jié)晶。

    Abstract:

    The microstructure evolution and the recrystallization of undercooled Ni-1at%Fe alloy were investigated by employing the glass fluxing technique in combination with cyclical superheating. The experiments of rapid quenching and naturally cooling on Ni-1at%Fe alloy after recalescence were conducted. It is proved that the fine structure is the product of recrystallization under high undercooling. The evolution of microstructure was systematically investigated by applying the calculation of dimensionless superheating. Two grain refinements were detected. The first grain refinement occurs owing to the dendrite break-up or ripening induced by remelting. The second grain refinement occurs due to the recrystallization induced by stress cumulation.
