    以Ti3AlC2粉和鋅鋁合金ZA27粉作為原料,采用行星球磨混料加氣氛保護燒結工藝制備了Ti3AlC2顆粒增強ZA27復合材料,重點研究了燒結溫度對復合材料的相組成、力學性能和顯微組織結構的影響。結果表明隨燒結溫度的升高,復合材料的相對密度、維氏硬度、抗彎強度和抗拉強度都增大, 且在870?C時抗彎強度和抗拉強度都達到最大值,分別為592MPa和324MPa。該溫度下Ti3AlC2與ZA27之間發(fā)生了微弱的化學反應,有利于改善基體與顆粒增強相之間的界面結合效果。

    Abstract:

    A series of Ti3AlC2/ZA27 composites have been successfully synthesized by mechanical alloying and pressureless sintering, which use the mixed powder of Ti3AlC2 and ZA27 as raw material. The effects of sintering temperature on composition, microstructure and mechanical property were investigated. The results showed that the relative density, Vickers hardness, bending strength and tensile strength were improved with increasing sintering temperature from 600?C to 870?C. Both the bending strength and tensile strength reached the maximum values of 592 MPa and 324MPa, respectively, at the temperature of 870?C. A weak reaction between Ti3AlC2 and ZA27 took palce at 870?C and led to the good bonding between the reinforcements and the matrix.
