    在溫度為750~950 ℃、應(yīng)變速率為0.01~10 s-1、變形程度為60%的條件下對(duì)TC18鈦合金的高溫流變應(yīng)力變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行熱模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。采用Arrhenius雙曲正弦函數(shù)推導(dǎo)出TC18本構(gòu)方程。以熱模擬壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ)建立了真應(yīng)變0.3、0.5時(shí)TC18鈦合金熱加工圖。結(jié)果表明:TC18鈦合金流變應(yīng)力隨著變形溫度升高而降低,隨著應(yīng)變速率的升高而升高;在本實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下 TC18鈦合金表現(xiàn)出動(dòng)態(tài)回復(fù)和動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶兩種軟化機(jī)制;Arrhenius雙曲正弦函數(shù)能夠很好地描述TC18鈦合金本構(gòu)方程。熱加工圖結(jié)果表明:在真應(yīng)變?yōu)?.3時(shí)存在3個(gè)非穩(wěn)定區(qū)域,在應(yīng)變?yōu)?.5時(shí)存在2個(gè)非穩(wěn)定區(qū)域。結(jié)合熱加工圖,較佳的熱加工區(qū)間在溫度為830~920 ℃,應(yīng)變速率為0.01~0.32 s-1區(qū)域內(nèi)

    Abstract:

    The changing rules of flow stress at high temperatures for TC18 titanium alloy were studied by thermal simulation experiment, in temperature ranging from 750 to 950 ℃, at strain rate from 0.01 to 10 s-1 and the deformation degree of 60%. The constitutive equation of TC18 Ti alloy was derived through Arrhenius hyperbolic sine function. According to the experimental results, the processing maps of TC18 Ti alloy were developed for strain of 0.3 and 0.5. The results show that flow stress of TC18 titanium alloy decreases with the increase of deformation temperature and the decrease of strain rate. Under the experimental conditions, TC18 titanium alloy shows two kinds of softening mechanism of dynamic recovery and recrystallization. Arrhenius hyperbolic sine function can well describe the constitutive equation of the TC18 titanium alloy. The result of processing map shows that three unsteady zones of high temperature deformation appear on the process map at strain of 0.3. The two unsteady zones of high temperature deformation appear on the process map at strain of 0.5. From the processing maps, better thermal processing interval is in a temperature of 830 ~ 920 ℃ and at strain rate of 0.01~0.32 s-1 region
