    制備了不同Nd含量的Mg-Y-Zr-xNd合金鑄錠,研究了Nd含量對微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、力學(xué)性能和電磁屏蔽性能的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)Nd含量增加到2.63%時(shí),晶粒尺寸從70.1μm細(xì)化到42.9μm,并且在晶界不連續(xù)分布骨骼狀β相。隨著Nd含量增加,合金強(qiáng)度和電磁屏蔽性能都會增加。Nd含量為2.63%時(shí)同時(shí)具有良好的強(qiáng)度和電磁屏蔽性能,T6處理能進(jìn)一步提高屏蔽效能。根據(jù)分析以上實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果是由于Nd的添加量不同引起微觀結(jié)構(gòu)不同造成的。

    Abstract:

    The as-cast Mg-Y-Zr-xNd alloys with different Nd contents were prepared, and the effects of Nd content on microstructure, mechanical properties and electromagnetic interference (EMI)shielding properties were investigated.The results showed that the grain size was refined from 70.1 to 42.9 μm, discontinuous bone-shaped β phases formed mostly in the triple junction of grain boundaries when the content of Nd increased to 2.63 wt.%. The mechanical properties and EMI shielding capacity were both enhanced significantly by adding Nd element. The alloy with 2.63 wt.% Nd had a good combination of mechanical properties and EMI properties. T6 heat treatment was able to further improve the EMI shielding effectiveness. The above-mentioned observations are analyzed in terms of microstructural variation due to the Nd addition.
