    摘要:

    研究了熱處理制度對損傷容限型TC4-DT鈦合金組織和性能的影響,對比分析了不同熱處理制度與力學性能之間的內(nèi)在關系,深入研究不同冷卻速率對TC4-DT合金斷裂韌性的影響。結果表明:不同熱處理制度可以調(diào)節(jié)顯微組織的參數(shù),包括初生α含量、β晶粒尺寸以及片層α的尺寸等,從而對合金性能產(chǎn)生影響,從理論上分析了影響合金性能的關鍵因素,并通過斷口分析了裂紋擴展方式

    Abstract:

    Microstructure and mechanical properties were researched under different heat-treatment conditions for damage tolerance TC4-DT alloy. The relation between the different microstructure parameters with mechanical properties was analyzed, and the influence of different cooling rates on fracture toughness of TC4-DT titanium alloy was investigated. The result shows that the heat-treatment can adjust the microstructure parameters, including the content of primary α, the dimension of β grains and the dimension of lamellar α, which can affect the properties of TC4-DT alloy. The factors that influence the properties were mainly analyzed theoretically, and the fracture surface was observed
