    通過高分辨透射電鏡法,差示掃描量熱法和x射線衍射法分析了二氧化鈦凝膠向銳鈦礦轉(zhuǎn)變的相變過程。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),三種方法測試的相變行為并不完全一致。透射電鏡分析結(jié)果表明,在100 °C干燥24 h的非晶態(tài)凝膠中存在少量的結(jié)晶不完全的銳鈦礦相;然而x射線衍射法并未檢測出晶體。隨著燒結(jié)溫度的升高,銳鈦礦的晶格常數(shù)c逐漸降低,當溫度達到300 °C以后接近標準值(如,JCPDS 卡片號 84-1285)。而晶格常數(shù)a則保持了相對穩(wěn)定并且透射電鏡法和x射線衍射法計算出的結(jié)果基本一致。另外,透射電鏡法分析的銳鈦礦的晶粒度大于x射線衍射法檢測出的晶粒度

    Abstract:

    The phase transformation of titania gel to anatase crystals was characterized using a high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffractometer. It was found that the transformation behavior was determined to be inconsistent using the three measurement techniques. The transmission electron microscopic results indicated that a small amount of anatase crystals existed in the amorphous gel that was dried at 100 °C for 24 h; however, the crystals were not detected by the differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction methods. As the sintering temperature increased, the lattice constant c of tetragonal anatase crystals gradually decreased and then stabilized with the standard constant (JCPDS card No 84-1285) at the temperatures above 300 °C. The lattice constant a remained relatively unchanged, which was in good agreement with the calculated results of the transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analyses. Moreover, the anatase crystal size determined by the transmission electron microscopy was larger than that by the X-ray diffraction analysis
