    通過高溫拉伸蠕變實(shí)驗(yàn),獲得了TC6合金的蠕變應(yīng)變-時間曲線,并計算了其不同應(yīng)力與不同溫度下的穩(wěn)態(tài)蠕變速率、應(yīng)力指數(shù)及在350~450 ℃范圍內(nèi)的蠕變激活能,借助OM、TEM等手段對合金蠕變前后的顯微組織進(jìn)行了觀察和分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了其蠕變變形機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:TC6合金的穩(wěn)態(tài)蠕變速率隨溫度或恒應(yīng)力的增加而增大,該合金在此溫度范圍內(nèi)的蠕變受位錯和擴(kuò)散雙重機(jī)制的控制,晶界滑動對蠕變也有一定的作用

    Abstract:

    Through the high temperature tensile creep experiments, the TC6 alloy creep strain-time curves were obtained, and the steady creep rate, the stress exponent and the apparent creep activation energy were calculated in the temperature range of 350~450 oC and different stresses. Microstructures of the alloy before and after creeping were analyzed by OM and TEM. On this basis the creep deformation mechanism was also studied. The results show that the steady creep rate increases with the increase of temperature or stress. The creep behavior of TC6 alloy in the range of 350~450 oC is controlled by double mechanisms of dislocation and diffusion. The boundary slip also has some effects on creeping.
