    摘要:

    使用差式掃描量熱儀和電子萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī),研究了Ni47Ti44Nb9冷拉絲及熱拉絲的室溫力學(xué)性能、相變溫度、恢復(fù)應(yīng)變。結(jié)果表明,隨退火溫度升高,Ni47Ti44Nb9冷拉絲、熱拉絲的抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度降低,延伸率升高,馬氏體相變溫度升高,相變熱增加;預(yù)應(yīng)變后記憶恢復(fù)應(yīng)變減小,第一次加熱的相變溫度升高,相變溫度間隔增加。適當(dāng)熱機(jī)械處理會(huì)提高Ni47Ti44Nb9絲材的記憶性能,40%冷拉絲不同溫度退火時(shí),記憶恢復(fù)應(yīng)變優(yōu)于熱拉絲

    Abstract:

    Properties of Ni47Ti44Nb9 alloy cold drawn wires and hot drawn wires were studied by means of the differential scanning calorimetry measurement and the tensile test. With increasing annealing temperature, the tensile strength and the yield strength decrease, while the elongation, the martensite transformation temperature and the transformation heat increase. The recovery strain keeps decreasing, and the transformation temperature, the transformation intervals increase with the increment of annealing temperature. Proper heat-mechanical treatment can promote the shape memory effect, and the recovery strain of 40% cold drawn wire is better than that of the hot drawn wires
