    摘要:

    對(duì)固溶處理后的Ti-10Mo-8V-1Fe-3.5Al(TB3)合金施加彈性壓應(yīng)力,同時(shí)在500 ℃下進(jìn)行時(shí)效處理。TEM觀察結(jié)果表明:在應(yīng)力時(shí)效的樣品里大部分晶粒中α片相互平行排列,即只有一種α片變體,而在未施加壓應(yīng)力常規(guī)時(shí)效的樣品中出現(xiàn)了數(shù)種α片的變體。選擇了兩種強(qiáng)度相當(dāng)?shù)臒崽幚頎顟B(tài)的TB3試樣進(jìn)行低周疲勞測(cè)試,一種是500 ℃自由時(shí)效9 h,另一種是在約200 MPa壓應(yīng)力下,500 ℃時(shí)效6 h。低周疲勞測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:在同一應(yīng)變幅下,應(yīng)力時(shí)效試樣具有較高的低周疲勞壽命

    Abstract:

    After solution treatment, Ti-10Mo-8V-1Fe-3.5Al (TB3) alloy was aged at 500 oC under a compressive stress. TEM results show that several α variants are observed in conventionally aged samples. However, in the stress-aged TB3 samples, most α plates are parallel to each other in one β grain, which indicates a variant selection effect. Two kinds of TB3 samples were selected for low cycle fatigue tests, which had been heat treated to the same strength level. The one was conventionally aged at 500 oC for 9 h, and the other was aged at 500 oC for 6 h with about 200 MPa compressive stress. Low cycle fatigue (LCF) test results show that the stress-aged TB3 samples exhibit a longer LCF lifetime than the conventionally aged ones
