    摘要:

    通過拉伸試驗(yàn)以及XRD,EBSD,TEM實(shí)驗(yàn)手段研究了一種生物醫(yī)用低模量亞穩(wěn)定b鈦合金在冷軋壓下量20%~90%變形過程中相結(jié)構(gòu)、晶體取向、力學(xué)性能和彈性模量的變化,分析了產(chǎn)生這些變化的原因,提出了具有bcc晶體結(jié)構(gòu)的b鈦合金在形變帶上形成納米晶的微觀機(jī)制以及納米結(jié)構(gòu)和形變織構(gòu)共同影響鈦合金彈性模量的新觀點(diǎn)。

    Abstract:

    The effects of cold rolling reduction 20%~90% on the phase structure, microstructure, crystal orientation, mechanical properties and Young’s modulus of a low modulus biomedical b titanium alloy were investigated by tensile tests and XRD, EBSD and TEM. The changes of the microstructure and mechanical behavior of the deformed titanium alloy were described. The formation of nanocrystallines in the deformation bands of b titanium alloy with BCC crystal structure during cold rolling was analyzed and a new viewpoint that nanostructure and texture jointly influence the Young’s modulus of b titanium alloy was suggested.
