    摘要:

    采用光學(xué)顯微鏡、SEM掃描電鏡、XRD以及力學(xué)性能和電化學(xué)測(cè)試等手段,研究了不同Y含量對(duì)Mg-9Li-3Al合金組織、力學(xué)性能和腐蝕性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著Y的添加,α相的形貌逐漸發(fā)生變化,其體積分?jǐn)?shù)也逐漸減少,并形成新的Al2Y相,Al2Y主要分布在β相和α相內(nèi)部。當(dāng)Y的添加量為1.6%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))時(shí),材料的抗拉強(qiáng)度達(dá)到最大190.2 MPa;當(dāng)Y含量為2.0%時(shí),材料的最大延伸率為19.3%。在Y含量低于1.2%時(shí),材料的抗腐蝕性能隨Y含量的增加而減小,超過(guò)1.2%后,隨著Y含量的增加而增加。

    Abstract:

    The influence of Y on the microstructure, the mechanical property and the corrosion resistance of Mg-9Li-3Al alloy was investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), mechanical properties testing and electrochemical measurement. The results show that the addition of Y can change the microstructure form of the α phase and reduce its volume fraction. Meanwhile, the binary Al2Y phase is mainly distributed inside the β phase and the α phase is formed. The addition of Y can effectively improve the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) and the elongation (EL) of the alloy. Upon 1.6 wt% Y addition, the UTS of the alloy is up to 190 MPa; the maximal EL reaches 19.3% when the content of Y is 2wt%. The corrosion resistances of the alloy are found to decrease upon Y content less than 1.2wt% and then increase upon Y content from 1.2wt% to 2.0wt%.
