    摘要:

    以Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe合金為研究對象,選取擠壓溫度分別為600、620及640 ℃下的成品管坯樣品,600 ℃擠壓、一次冷軋、二次冷軋后管坯樣品,通過SEM觀察合金的微觀組織,研究第二相粒子的演化過程,并用軟件對第二相粒子的尺寸大小進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計。結(jié)果表明,不同擠壓條件下合金的第二相都呈彌散分布,第二相粒子的尺寸隨擠壓溫度的升高而變大;在擠壓及軋制過程中,第二相尺寸隨累積變形量的增加呈減小趨勢,第二相粒子由藕節(jié)狀最終演變?yōu)榍驙?/p>

    Abstract:

    Pipes of Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe alloy with the extruding temperature of 600, 620 and 640 oC were prepared by 600 oC extruding, first rolling and second rolling. The microstructure of the alloy was observed by SEM and the evolution of secondary particles and their size statistics were studied. Results show that all the second phases are distributed dispersively under different extruding conditions. The size of secondary particles is increased at higher extruding temperature. During the process of extruding and rolling, the size of the second phase decreases with the increase of processing degree, and the shape of the second phase changes from irregular to globular
