    摘要:

    (Cu50Zr50)92Al8非晶合金在過冷液相區(qū)表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的超塑性,并且成功的進(jìn)行了超塑擴(kuò)散連接(SPF/DB)。根據(jù)DSC曲線確定了非晶合金的過冷液相區(qū)范圍為68 ℃,并且根據(jù)非晶合金在過冷液相區(qū)的壓縮真實應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線,選取了超塑擴(kuò)散連接實驗的連接壓力為200 MPa,連接溫度為470~490 ℃。XRD圖譜顯示經(jīng)過超塑擴(kuò)散連接后的非晶合金發(fā)生了部分晶化,顯微硬度提高。將經(jīng)過超塑擴(kuò)散連接的樣品置于萬能拉升機(jī)上進(jìn)行三點(diǎn)彎曲實驗至發(fā)生斷裂,通過對斷口形貌的觀察分析和界面處的力學(xué)分析考察了連接質(zhì)量。在保持連接壓力200 MPa不變的情況下,非晶合金獲得最好連接效果的工藝參數(shù)是:連接溫度480 ℃,連接時間3 h

    Abstract:

    (Cu50Zr50)92Al8 metallic glass exhibited excellent superplasticity and diffusion bonding was succeeded in in the supercooled liquid region. The range of super-cooled liquid region is determined as 68 oC according to DSC curves. Through true stress-strain curves the experiment parameters of superplastic and diffusion bonding (SPF/DB) are chosen as bonding pressure of 200 MPa and bonding temperature of 470~490 oC. XRD patterns show that the metallic glasses after SPF/DB are partially crystallized and the hardness is enhanced. Three-point bending tests were conducted on samples after SPF/DB to fracture using a universal testing machine, and the bonding quality was discussed through the fracture surface analysis. Keeping the pressure a constant of 200 MPa, the metallic glasses after superplastic and diffusion bonding is best bonded when the temperature is 480 oC and the bonding time is 3 h.
