    摘要:

    采用粉末冶金方法制備W-ZrC合金,研究ZrC對(duì)W合金的力學(xué)性能和組織結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。顯微組織分析表明:ZrC顯著提高了合金相對(duì)密度和拉伸強(qiáng)度。ZrC均勻分布在W基體中,并與W生成含W、Zr、C和O等多元素的第二相粒子。存在于晶界之間的第二相粒子,有效抑制了合金燒結(jié)過程中的晶粒長(zhǎng)大,隨合金中ZrC含量的增加,合金晶粒尺寸減小。同時(shí),隨ZrC的添加,合金斷口由沿晶斷裂轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檠鼐嗔押痛┚嗔训幕旌蠑嗔烟卣?/p>

    Abstract:

    W-ZrC alloy samples were prepared by the powder metallurgy method, and the influence of the addition of ZrC particles on the microstructure and tensile properties of W-ZrC alloys was studied. The results indicate that the relative density and tensile strength of W alloys are effectively increased by ZrC particles. The second phase particles containing W, Zr, C and O in the alloy are formed with ZrC addition. The grain size of the alloy is decreased with the increase of the ZrC content since the second phase particles can inhibit the grain growth. On the other hand, a mixed fracture mode consisting of intergranular and transgranular fractures is observed with the increase of the ZrC content in tungsten-matrix.
