    摘要:

    模板采用冷金屬過渡（CMT）焊接工藝，以ER4043鋁硅焊絲作為焊縫填充金屬對AZ31鎂合金和6061鋁合金進行對接，焊接過程穩(wěn)定，焊縫成型良好。利用光學顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、能譜和X射線衍射等表征方法，對接頭的組織、成分和相組成等進行了分析。結果表明：填充金屬與鋁母材界面結

    AZ31B magnesium alloy and 6061 aluminum alloy were joined in stable welding process by cold metal transfer welding with ER4043 as filler metal. The microstructure, morphology and phase composition of the welded joints were studied by OM, SEM, EDX and XRD.
