    摘要:

    采用等離子脈沖放電燒結(jié)(SPS)法制備多孔鈀塊體材料,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行表面氧化還原處理。結(jié)果表明:采用該方法在550 ℃時(shí)可以制備出結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性與力學(xué)性能好、孔隙率高(87.88%)的多孔鈀塊材。此種多孔鈀塊材在通過氧化還原處理以后,其表面碳雜質(zhì)含量能夠得到有效降低,表面粗糙度與表面積能夠得到一定程度的提高

    Abstract:

    Porous palladium (Pd) bulk was prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS). Afterwards oxidation and deoxidation on the surface of the porous Pd bulk was conducted in the temperature range of 500~600 °C. The microstructure, surface area, porosity and pore size distribution were investigated. The microstructure and chemical composition of the porous Pd bulk surface were characterized by SEM and XPS. The results show that porous Pd bulk with excellent mechanical properties and higher porosity (87.88%) can be prepared by SPS at 550 °C. Carbonaceous impurities on the porous Pd bulk surface can be removed and the surface area of porous Pd bulk as well as the roughness can be increased by oxidation and deoxidation reactions
