    摘要:

    采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)結(jié)合X射線能譜儀(EDS)對Sm2Co17型釤鈷永磁合金時效處理過程中的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)與成分的變化進(jìn)行分析,揭示該類永磁合金的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)在時效過程中隨著時效溫度和時間的改變而變化的規(guī)律,明確正常樣品的典型顯微結(jié)構(gòu)SEM照片。此方法較光學(xué)顯微鏡的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)結(jié)果更加準(zhǔn)確直觀,較透射電子顯微鏡則有制樣簡單和分析快速的特點(diǎn),在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制中應(yīng)用效果顯著

    Abstract:

    Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS) were used to analyze the microstructure and composition changes in the aging process of Sm2Co17 type permanent magnet. The microstructure changes of such magnets in the aging process with the aging temperature and time changes in the law were revealed, and the typical SEM image of microstructure of normal sample was identified. The result of this method is more accurate and more intuitive than optical microscope, and the sample preparation is easier than that of transmission electron microscopy. The application in the production control effect is remarkable
