    摘要:

    為了控制TC4薄板焊接件的失穩(wěn)變形,采用了隨焊沖擊旋轉(zhuǎn)擠壓工藝。研究了此工藝對(duì)焊縫組織及接頭性能的影響。對(duì)所獲得的焊接接頭進(jìn)行了微觀組織觀察、維氏硬度測(cè)量和拉伸試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:隨焊沖擊旋轉(zhuǎn)擠壓在控制焊接失穩(wěn)變形的基礎(chǔ)上,使承受沖擊旋轉(zhuǎn)擠壓部位的硬度下降,未發(fā)生應(yīng)變硬化的現(xiàn)象。而沖擊旋轉(zhuǎn)擠壓前后的組織變化不明顯。

    Abstract:

    Welding with impacting rotation compression was applied to control the TC4 thin plate buckling for the weld uneven heating. Influences of the welding on the weldment microstructure and joint properties were studied. Metallographic observation, Vickers hardness measurement and tensile tests of the joints were carried out. The result shows that based on the controlling of the buckling phenomena of TC4 thin plate weldment, the welding with impacting rotation compression decreases the hardness of the compressed part, the strain hardening does not occur, and the microstructures before and after impacting rotation compression are similar.
