    通過X射線衍射、超導(dǎo)電性測試、氧含量變化、正電子湮沒以及理論計(jì)算等方法, 系統(tǒng)研究了金屬離子摻雜的YBa2Cu3-x(Fe, Co, Al)xO7-δ (x=0.0~0.5) 銅氧超導(dǎo)體的超導(dǎo)電性,為了比較也一并討論了Zn摻雜樣品的實(shí)驗(yàn)和理論結(jié)果。研究表明,超導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)變溫度Tc與樣品中價電子密度無直接關(guān)聯(lián),與Hall實(shí)驗(yàn)揭示的Tc與空穴載流子濃度關(guān)系有同樣結(jié)論,表明電聲耦合機(jī)制在銅氧超導(dǎo)體中失效。因此,無論是空穴配對還是電子配對, 僅僅是實(shí)現(xiàn)超導(dǎo)態(tài)的前提, 并非其真正的決定因素。如果銅氧超導(dǎo)微觀機(jī)制依然沿襲“電聲耦合”理念很可能誤入歧途。

    Abstract:

    Through XRD, the superconductivity tests, the positron annihilation technology, oxygen content variation and theoretic calculations, the superconductivity of the high-Tc cuprates YBa2Cu3-x (Fe, Co, Al)xO7-δ (x=0.0~0.5) was investigated, and Zn doped cuprates were also mentioned for comparison. The results and theoretic calculations support congruously that the superconducting transition temperature Tc is unrelated to the density of valence electron, and the same conclusion is from Hall Effect experiments that the Tc is not related with the carrier concentration of oxygen hole. Thus it is concluded either hole pairing or electron pairing is only a precondition but is not a real decisive factor that superconducting state occurs. If still following “electric-phonon coupling” the microcosmic mechanism of high-Tc cuprates will go astray.
