    摘要:

    采用化學(xué)還原法制備微米銀粉且用正交試驗(yàn)對工藝進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。以聚乙二醇 (PEG-10000) 為分散劑和乙醇為消泡劑,以抗壞血酸在超聲波下和堿性環(huán)境下直接還原硝酸銀得到銀溶膠,經(jīng)過濾、洗滌、恒溫干燥處理得到銀粉。研究滴加順序、消泡劑用量、pH值對銀粉粒徑的影響,利用SEM、XRD對銀粉進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,在0.3 mol/L硝酸銀溶液和25 mL消泡劑乙醇、T=40 ℃和pH=7條件下,超聲波振蕩時(shí)間10 min,可制備粒徑1.13 μm左右,粒徑分布窄的球形銀粉。

    Abstract:

    Micro-sized silver power was prepared from AgNO3 power by chemical reduction, and the technique was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The silver sol was obtained from silver nitrate via chemical reduction in ultrasonic wave and alkaline environment using polyethylene glycol (PEG-10000) as dispersant and alcohol as antifoam agent, and after agitation, the sol was filtered, washed and dried at constant temperature to obtain silver powder. Effects of reagents adding order, pH and dosage of alcohol on the silver particle size were investigated. The silver powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results show that with 0.3 mol/L AgNO3 solution, 25 mL ethanol, T=40 oC, pH=7 and 10 min ultrasonic wave vibration, spherical silver power of about 1.13 mm particle size and narrow particle size distribution was prepared.
