    摘要:

    針對(duì)測(cè)量金屬纖維彈性模量傳統(tǒng)方法存在的局限,提出了一種用振動(dòng)法測(cè)量金屬纖維彈性模量的新方法。詳細(xì)介紹了該方法的測(cè)量原理、測(cè)量裝置、測(cè)量過(guò)程及誤差分析。分別選擇了鉬絲和鉑銥25合金纖維為測(cè)量對(duì)象,將被測(cè)材料制備成微懸臂梁試樣,通過(guò)瞬態(tài)激勵(lì)使懸臂梁產(chǎn)生短暫振蕩,然后獲得懸臂梁固有頻率,再通過(guò)計(jì)算公式求出金屬纖維材料的彈性模量。與靜態(tài)拉伸法測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比對(duì),試驗(yàn)證明兩者測(cè)試結(jié)果較為吻合。分析了懸臂梁長(zhǎng)對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果的影響,結(jié)果表明:只有當(dāng)梁長(zhǎng)大于或等于8倍梁高 (直徑) 時(shí),這種影響才可忽略不計(jì)。

    Abstract:

    In order to overcome the limitations of traditional methods for measuring elastic modulus of the metal fiber, a novel method is proposed for measuring the elastic modulus of the metal fiber by vibration method.The measurement principle, apparatus, manipulation and error analysis were introduced. In this method, the measured metal fiber was generated in the form of a micro cantilever, and the cantilever can be vibrated for a short time when transient excitation is applied. The natural frequency of the cantilever can be used to calculate the elastic modulus of the material. Two kinds of materials, i.e. molybdenum wire and platinoiridium 25 fiber were tested in this work. The results prove that the measured values are consistent with that given in static tension method. The effect of beam length on determination of elastic modulus of materials was analyzed. The result shows that the influence of the ratio of L/d can be neglected only if the beam length is equal to or more than 8 times of the beam height (or diameter).
