    以Fe2O3和LiH2PO4為原料,葡萄糖為碳源,采用碳熱還原法合成了LiFePO4/C正極材料,考察了反應(yīng)物中鋰元素的量對正極材料LiFePO4/C電化學(xué)性能的影響。用X射線衍射、掃描電鏡(SEM)和恒電流充放電測試和循環(huán)伏安法對正極材料的結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌以及電化學(xué)性能進行了研究。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)反應(yīng)物中額外添加鋰元素的量是理論量的10%時,制得的正極材料的電化學(xué)性能最佳,在0.2和1 C(1 C=170 mA/g)的充放電倍率下,首次放電比容量分別為156.3和137.5 mAh/g,經(jīng)過20次充放電循環(huán)后,容量基本保持不變。

    Abstract:

    LiFePO4/C cathode materials were synthesized by carbothermal reduction method, using Fe2O3, LiH2PO4 as starting materials, glueose as carbon source. The effect of the amount of lithium in reactant on the electrochemical properties of LiFePO4/C cathode materials was investigated. The structure, morphology and electrochemical properties of LiFePO4/C were analyzed by XRD, SEM and galvanostatic charge-discharge method and cyclic voltammetry (CV), respectively. The results indicate that when excess additional amount of lithium element is 10% of theoretical value, the sample has optimal electrochemical properties and exhibits a initial discharge capacity of 156.3 and 137.5 mAh/g at 0.2 and 1 C (1 C=170 mA/g) rates, respectively, there is no significant capacity fade after 20 cycles.
