    摘要:

    采用陽極氧化工藝對AZ31 鎂合金進行表面處理,利用交流阻抗技術(shù)(EIS)研究了陽極氧化膜的成膜過程。結(jié)果表明,不同氧化時間氧化膜的阻抗譜變化具有明顯的規(guī)律性,可以劃分為4個階段,并且各階段之間存在顯著差異。利用R(C(R(QR)))(CR) 模型進行計算機擬合,得到的等效電路元件擬合值顯示:隨著氧化時間的延長,膜表面孔洞增多,粗糙度也隨之增大;氧化膜阻擋層和多孔層的生長并不同步,而是一個動態(tài)變化的過程。

    Abstract:

    Anodized films were prepared on AZ31 magnesium alloy. The forming process of the anodized films was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements. The results show that a significant regularity appears among electrochemical impedance spectra for oxide films obtained from various oxide time; their forming can be divided into four stages. There are significant differences among stages. The equivalent electrical circuit R(C(R (QR))) (CR) was used to analyze the EIS data. The fitting results show that the number of pores and roughness of the film increase with increasing of the oxide time. The growth of barrier layer and porous layer is not synchronized while their growth is in the dynamic change.
