    摘要:

    采用連續(xù)相場模型對(duì)晶粒形核過程進(jìn)行模擬,從動(dòng)力學(xué)角度考慮,引入類似于納米顆粒的界面效應(yīng),分析它對(duì)形核過程的影響;同時(shí)研究形核過程中晶核的析出、形核數(shù)目變化、晶界厚度變化以及晶核生長的特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果表明,界面效應(yīng)為形核過程提供驅(qū)動(dòng)力,促使晶核的快速長大;形核過程中晶核數(shù)目隨時(shí)間逐漸增多,晶核尺寸逐漸增大,晶核生長速度較快,同時(shí)晶粒位向取向參數(shù)的變化反映了晶粒尺寸和晶界厚度的變化

    Abstract:

    In the present investigation a phase field model was used to analysis the processing of grain nucleation, and the nano-liked interface effect was introduced to describe the influence of the nucleation from grain growth kinetics. The precipitation of nuclei, the change of the nuclei number, the thickness of grain boundary and the feature of grain growth were studied at the same time. The simulation results show that the interface effect provides the driving power for nuclei growth, and the number of nuclei increases with prolonging of time, the radii of nuclei increase and the growth of nuclei changes fast. The distribution of the radius orientation reflects the change of grain boundary thickness and the grain size
