    基于定量金相學原理,結(jié)合有限元模擬技術(shù),定量研究了TC17鈦合金在等溫鍛造過程中片層α取向隨應(yīng)變量的變化規(guī)律。分析發(fā)現(xiàn):當應(yīng)變量小于0.38時,片層α的取向呈對稱雙峰分布,兩峰值之間夾角約為60°,表明片層α具有擇優(yōu)取向,微觀組織保持原始的網(wǎng)籃特征;隨著應(yīng)變量的增大,片層α的取向分布出現(xiàn)不對稱雙峰現(xiàn)象,某一峰值取向參數(shù)角的體積分數(shù)變大,兩峰值之間的夾角變小,網(wǎng)籃組織被不同程度的打碎;當應(yīng)變量達到0.77左右,片層α取向呈近似單峰分布,取向參數(shù)角在80°~90°附近的體積分數(shù)達到最大,片層α趨向垂直于壓縮軸分布

    Abstract:

    The orientation distribution of lamellar alpha in TC17 alloy was studied using quantitative metallography approach and finite element simulation. It is found that the orientation distribution of lamellar α varies with the value of strain. As the result, when the value of strain is below 0.38, the orientation distribution presents two symmetrical peaks, and the angle between the peaks is 90°, which indicates that lamellar α has a preferential orientation, and the microstructure shows a good agreement with initial lamellar microstructure. With the increase of strain, two asymmetric peaks appear in the orientation distribution of lamellar α, the volume fraction of lamellar α of one orientation peak increases and the angle between the peaks decreases. Initial basket structure is broken to different degree. When the value of the strain reaches about 0.7, the orientation approximately tends to present single-peak distribution with the preferential orientation of 80°~90°, lamellar α almost perpendicular to the direction of compression was observed
