    摘要:

    對(duì)AZ31B鎂合金焊接接頭和熱影響區(qū)的疲勞裂紋擴(kuò)展行為進(jìn)行研究,分析了焊接接頭 [L-T(W)] 和熱影響區(qū)的緊湊拉伸試驗(yàn)[C(T)],其中熱影響區(qū)的C(T) 試驗(yàn)包括焊縫平行于擠壓方向 [T-L(H)] 和垂直于擠壓方向 [L-T(H)] 兩種。結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于L-T(W) 試樣,裂紋沿?cái)D壓方向擴(kuò)展,裂紋擴(kuò)展經(jīng)歷先快后慢的擴(kuò)展過(guò)程;T-L(H) 試樣裂紋平行于缺口方向擴(kuò)展,L-T(H) 試樣裂紋為平行于缺口方向和與缺口成一定角度兩種擴(kuò)展方向,裂紋擴(kuò)展經(jīng)歷先慢后快的擴(kuò)展過(guò)程。裂紋尖端擴(kuò)展為穿晶和沿晶的混合模式,疲勞斷口為準(zhǔn)解理特征的脆性斷口。

    Abstract:

    The fatigue crack propagation behavior of as-extruded AZ31B magnesium alloy welded joint and heat affected zone have been studied. Compact tensions [C(T)] of welded joint [L-T(W)] and heat affected zone(welded joint is parallel [T-L(H)] and vertical [L-T(H)] to the extruded direction) were researched. Results indicate that the crack propagation direction is parallel to the extrusion direction for L-T(W); fatigue crack propagation rate is a rapid-slow process. T-L(H) is parallel to the notch direction and L-T(H) can be divided into two states (i.e., parallel to or angularly deflected towards the notch direction); crack propagation rate initially goes through a rapid course before it slows down. The fracture modes of crack tip remain a mixed-mode of transgranular and intergranular fractures. The fatigue fracture consists of quasi-cleavage and is a brittle fracture
