    摘要:

    通過拉伸試驗得到TC4鈦合金載荷-位移曲線,研究反向標定法確定GTN孔洞損傷模型參數(shù)。通過有限元模擬,研究GTN模型6個待定參數(shù)對模擬結(jié)果的影響。結(jié)果表明,參數(shù)f0和fN需要通過反向標定法確定,εn可由拉伸試驗確定,Sn可通過計算確定,fc 和fF可由模擬結(jié)果直接給出;TC4鈦合金的孔洞損傷隨頸縮過程的產(chǎn)生迅速發(fā)展,直至斷裂。

    Abstract:

    According to uniaxial loading-displacement curves of TC4 titanium alloy, The parameters of Gurson-Tvergaard-Needleman model (GTN model) were determined by an inverse approach. The influence of 6 different GTN model parameters on simulation results were studied by finite element method. It is found that only the parameters of f0 and fN need to be determined by the inverse approach, εn defined by tensile test, Sn determined by calculation, fc and fF could be given by simulation results directly. Voids damage evolution becomes faster with appearing of necking stages of TC4 titanium alloy, until failure fracture.
