    摘要:

    基于連續(xù)損傷力學(xué)(CDM)理論,同時(shí)考慮包括溫度和應(yīng)變速率在內(nèi)的變形歷史影響,建立TC11鈦合金熱變形過(guò)程中的損傷演化方程,提出宏觀裂紋預(yù)測(cè)的斷裂準(zhǔn)則,并采用高溫拉伸試驗(yàn)確定方程和準(zhǔn)則中的參數(shù)。將提出的方法用于TC11合金熱壓縮變形過(guò)程中的數(shù)值模擬,模擬結(jié)果同實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的對(duì)比表明該方法可以很好地預(yù)測(cè)合金在熱變形過(guò)程中裂紋的起裂和裂紋的擴(kuò)展行為。

    Abstract:

    Based on the continuum damage mechanics (CDM) theory, a fracture prediction method for hot deformation was proposed by considering the influence of deformation history including both temperatures and strain rates effect. According to the proposed method, the fracture criterion was established for crack predication of TC11 alloy with lamellar structure during hot deformation and the materials parameters were determined using high temperature uniaxial tensile tests; the fracture criterion was then applied to simulation of isothermal compression process, and the predicted results show good agreement with experimental observations in both crack initiation and development.
