    采用碳納米管孕育塊鑄造法制備多壁碳納米管/AZ31鎂基復(fù)合材料,經(jīng)等徑角擠壓(ECAP)變形后對復(fù)合材料在3.5%NaCl (質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)) 的腐蝕介質(zhì)中進(jìn)行靜態(tài)浸漬試驗(yàn)和電化學(xué)極化曲線測定,研究等徑角擠壓變形工藝對復(fù)合材料抗腐蝕性能的影響;利用數(shù)碼相機(jī)、掃描電子顯微鏡對復(fù)合材料腐蝕前后的表面形貌進(jìn)行觀察和分析;并對復(fù)合材料的抗腐蝕機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:等徑角擠壓變形工藝能有效的提高多壁碳納米管(CNTs)/AZ31復(fù)合材料的抗腐蝕性能,經(jīng)等徑角擠壓變形4道次后,復(fù)合材料的平均腐蝕速率由擠壓態(tài)的0.6035 mg/(m2·s)降為0.2963 mg/(m2·s)。腐蝕電流密度Icorr由ECAP變形前的3.363 μA/cm2減小到2.269 μA/cm2

    Abstract:

    Multi-Walled Carbon Nonotubes (MWCNTs)/AZ31 composites were fabricated by joining preform of MWCNTs during melting. The corrosion behaviors of the composites with equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) for different passes were studied by immersion and electrochemical corrosion experiments in 3.5%NaCl (mass fraction) corrosion medium. The effects of ECAP on corrosion resistance of MWCNTs/AZ31 composite were investigated. The surface morphologies of the composites before and after the corrosion testing were observed and analyzed by digital camera and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that ECAP effectively improves the corrosion resistance of MWCNTs/AZ31 composites. After 4 passes-ECAP, the average corrosion rate of MWCNTs/AZ31 composites immersed in 3.5%NaCl corrosion medium for 24 h changes from 0.6035 mg/(m2·s) to 0.2963 mg/(m2·s) and the corrosion current density (Icorr) is decreases from 3.363 μA/cm2 to 2.269 μA/cm2
