    摘要:

    通過(guò)高溫拉伸試驗(yàn)研究Hastelloy C-276合金在不同溫度和初始應(yīng)力下的應(yīng)力松弛行為。實(shí)驗(yàn)得到了一系列應(yīng)力松弛曲線,應(yīng)用二次延遲函數(shù)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)得的應(yīng)力松弛曲線進(jìn)行擬合,擬合出的曲線與實(shí)驗(yàn)應(yīng)力松弛曲線符合得較好。從實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)得的應(yīng)力松弛曲線可以推導(dǎo)出不同溫度下材料的蠕變應(yīng)變速率與應(yīng)力之間的關(guān)系,此外,還探討了溫度對(duì)Hastelloy C-276合金應(yīng)力松弛的影響,為轉(zhuǎn)子屏蔽套真空熱脹形過(guò)程的有限元模擬工作奠定了理論基礎(chǔ),并為其提供了有價(jià)值的數(shù)據(jù)

    Abstract:

    The high-temperature tensile experiments were conducted to study the stress relaxation behavior of Hastelloy C-276 Alloy at various temperatures and initial stresses. As a result, a set of stress relaxation curves of Hastelloy C-276 Alloy were obtained and these curves can be fitted by twice delay function well. The relationships between creep strain rate and stress were derived from the experimental stress relaxation curves. In addition, the effects of temperature on the stress relaxation behavior of Hastelloy C-276 Alloy were also discussed. This work lays a theoretical foundation for numerical simulation of vacuum hot bulge forming process of rotor-can
