    摘要:

    利用Thermecmaster-Z型熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)在β相區(qū)對(duì)鑄態(tài)TB6鈦合金進(jìn)行了熱壓縮試驗(yàn)，并對(duì)其動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶行 為進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明，合金在β熱變形過程中主要存在兩類形核位置：原始β晶界附近及β晶粒內(nèi)部，相應(yīng)地存在兩類動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶機(jī)制：不連續(xù)動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶和連續(xù)動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶。在較高應(yīng)變速率（≥0.01 s-1）時(shí)，以不連續(xù)動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶機(jī)制為主，但動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶發(fā)生的程度較低，不能通過此機(jī)制使組織獲得明顯細(xì)化；在低應(yīng)變速率（≤0.001 s-1）和高變形溫度（≥950 ℃）時(shí)，以連續(xù)動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶機(jī)制為主。此時(shí)，合金動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶晶粒直接由亞晶轉(zhuǎn)變而成，組織均勻、細(xì)小。

    Abstract:

    Hot compression tests of as-cast titanium alloy TB6 were conducted using the Thermecmaster-Z hot simulation test machine in the β process, and its dynamic recrystallization (DRX) behavior was investigated. The results indicate that there are two kinds of typical nucleation sites, namely, grain interiors and near grain boundaries. Accordingly, there are two kinds of dynamic recrystallization mechanism: discontinuous and continuous dynamic recrystallization. The operation of discontinuous dynamic recrystallization (DDRX) as predominant mechanisms is anticipated in case of strain rate higher than 0.01 s-1, which leads to a low degree of DRX and thus does not to marked grains refinement. And the operation of continuous dynamic recrystallization (CDRX) by mechanism of subgrain rotation, leading to grains refinement, is observed in case of strain rate no more than 0.001 s-1 and temperature higher than 950 oC.
