    摘要:

    用粉末冶金-內(nèi)氧化-燒結(jié)方法制備ZrO2彌散強(qiáng)化Pt-3Rh合金并測(cè)試、分析其高溫性能。結(jié)果表明,Pt-3Rh合金被彌散強(qiáng)化以后,800 ℃以下的膨脹系數(shù)比Pt-3Rh大,800 ℃以上的膨脹系數(shù)比Pt-3Rh小;高溫抗拉強(qiáng)度和延伸率得到提高;高溫晶體結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性增加;用其制備的拉絲漏板高溫使用壽命與Pt-10Rh合金漏板相當(dāng)。

    Abstract:

    ZrO2 dispersion-strengthened Pt-3Rh alloy was prepared by powder metallurgy-internal oxidation-sintering. The high temperature properties were tested and analyzed. After Pt-3Rh are dispersion strengthened, its coefficient of expansion is bigger than that of Pt-3Rh below 800 °C and smaller than that of Pt-3Rh above 800 °C. The thermal tensile strength and elongation are increased. The stability of crystal structure is strengthened. The service life of strengthened Pt-3Rh drawing bushings is equal to that of Pt-10Rh.
