    摘要:

    研究了不同抽拉速率對(duì)含Ru鎳基單晶高溫合金凝固組織的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著抽拉速率的加快,單晶合金的鑄態(tài)組織由粗枝狀晶向細(xì)枝狀晶演變,枝晶干和枝晶間的g ¢相尺寸減少,合金元素的偏析降低,g-g ¢共晶含量減少,NiAl基b相含量逐漸降低。同時(shí),抽拉速率對(duì)合金的相變溫度影響不大。

    Abstract:

    The effect of withdrawal rates on the solidification microstructure of a single crystal Ni-based superalloy containing ruthenium was investigated. The results show that with the increase of the withdrawal rate, the as-cast microstructure of the single crystal alloy transforms from coarse dendrite to fine dendrite. Meanwhile, the size of the g ¢ particles decreases, segregation of alloying elements for the dendrite and interdendritic regions tends to be reduced, the volume fraction of g-g ¢ eutectic and NiAl-based b phase decreases gradually. In addition, the withdrawal rate has little influence on the phase transformation temperature of the superalloy.
