    摘要:

    采用溶膠-凝膠法制備氧化鋁顆粒增強的鉬基復(fù)合材料。測定了鉬基體的顯微硬度;用SEM,TEM及XRD分別對混合粉體與坯體進行了微觀分析;用銷盤式摩擦磨損試驗機測定了復(fù)合材料的滑動磨損性能。結(jié)果表明:在復(fù)合粉體及其材料中,Al2O3作為分散相具有細化晶粒的作用,隨氧化鋁體積分?jǐn)?shù)增加,鉬基體顯微硬度增加,復(fù)合材料摩擦系數(shù)緩慢降低,磨損量先增加后減少,一定程度上改善了材料的磨損性能。

    Abstract:

    Al2O3 particle reinforced Mo composites were prepared by a sol-gel technique. The micro-hardness of the molybdenum matrix of the composites was determined, and the microscopic analysis of the mixed powder and the sintered billet were carried out by XRD, SEM and TEM. The sliding wear performance of the composite materials was measured by a pin-disc friction and wear testing machine. Results show that in the composite materials Al2O3 as disperse phase can refine the grains. The micro-hardness of the molybdenum matrix increases with the increasing of volume fraction of Al2O3 and the friction coefficient of composites decreases slowly. Meanwhile, the wear mass-loss first increases and then decreases. Therefore, the Al2O3 particles help to improve the abrasion performance of molybdenum matrix material.
