    摘要:

    通過包埋工藝在C/C復(fù)合材料表面制備了改性SiC涂層。采用Ni-Ti粉末作中間層連結(jié)材料,利用真空熱壓擴(kuò)散工藝成功制備了SiC涂層改性C/C復(fù)合材料與GH3128鎳基高溫合金的連接樣件。借助X射線衍射儀、掃描電子顯微鏡、能譜分析儀和材料萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī),研究了SiC涂層改性C/C復(fù)合材料與GH3128鎳基高溫合金連接接頭及其界面的元素分布、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)及力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明,在C/C復(fù)合材料表面制備SiC涂層,不僅充分改善了C/C復(fù)合材料對Ni-Ti中間層連結(jié)材料的潤濕性,而且還有效緩解C/C復(fù)合材料與GH3128連接界面因熱膨脹不匹配而造成的熱應(yīng)力。經(jīng)過SiC涂層改性處理的連接接頭,其室溫剪切強(qiáng)度可達(dá)22.49 MPa;而沒有經(jīng)過SiC涂層改性處理的連接接頭,其室溫剪切強(qiáng)度幾乎為零。

    Abstract:

    A modified SiC coating was prepared on the surface of C/C composites by a pack cementation process. Ni-Ti mixed powder was used as an interlayer to join SiC coating modified C/C composites and GH3128 Ni-based high-temperature alloy (GH3128) by a vacuum hot-pressing diffusion process. The chemical element distribution, microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint between C/C composites and GH3128 were investigated by X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectrometry and material universal testing machine. Results show that the SiC modified coating on the surface of C/C composites not only improves fully the wettability of C/C composites to the Ni-Ti intermediate layer, but also alleviates effectively the thermal stress in the joint due to mismatch thermal expansion. Under the same joining condition, the shear strength of the joint with SiC modified coating at room temperature is up to 22.50 MPa, whereas that of the joint without SiC coating modification is almost 0.
