    摘要:

    用兩步熔煉法制備TiV1.1Mn0.9Ni0.5-ZrCr2復(fù)合電極合金。XRD、EDS、ICP及EIS等分析結(jié)果表明:復(fù)合合金具有與母體合金相同的雙相結(jié)構(gòu),但是兩相的特征參數(shù)以及復(fù)合合金電極的熱力學(xué)特性均發(fā)生了一系列變化;組分合金在復(fù)合過程中產(chǎn)生明顯的協(xié)同效應(yīng);復(fù)合合金電極的最大放電容量達(dá)到457.2 mAh/g;循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性、荷電保持率和高倍率放電等動(dòng)力學(xué)性能均得到顯著改善;1000 mA/g放電電流密度時(shí),復(fù)合合金電極的高倍率放電性能是由電極/電解質(zhì)界面上的電化學(xué)反應(yīng)和合金體內(nèi)氫的擴(kuò)散混合控制

    Abstract:

    TiV1.1Mn0.9Ni0.5-ZrCr2 composite electrode alloy was prepared by two-step re-melting. Results of XRD, EDS, ICP and EIS analyses show that the composite alloy is of two-phase structure which is the same as that of the matrix alloy, whereas the characteristic parameters of the two phases in the composite alloy and the thermodynamic characteristics of the alloy electrode change a lot. Synergetic effect appears distinctly during the composite process of the compositive alloys. The maximum discharge capacity of the composite alloy electrode reaches to 457.2 mAh/g. The dynamic characteristics such as the cyclic durability, the charge retention and high-rate discharging are notably improved. The high-rate dischargeability is controlled by both the charge-transfer reaction of hydrogen at the electrode/electrolyte interface and the hydrogen diffusion in the bulk of the alloy at discharge current density of 1000 mA/g
